MG-PP2000 automatic stretch blow molding machine
Brief introduction

Mega machinery Mold is China professional stretch blow molding machine for IV bottle manufacturer, supplier and maker. MG-PP 2000 automatic stretch blow molding machine, blow moulding machines with two cavities is specially designed for hospital and dairy product package because the purity of the blowing air is the most outstanding point of the machine. Firstly, its transmission parts are made of stainless steel. Then “STATIC DUST-REMOVING SYSTEM” removes tiny dust from performs in the course of automatic conveyor sending preforms. Special medicinal air filtering system, named “highly-efficient dust-removing filter”, purifies blowing air completely so as to ensure the shaped bottle inside clean during blowing air into performs. Specially designed long preform heating oven meets requirements of “GRADUAL HEATING” to have heating quality of preforms and transfusion bottles. MG-PP2000 is made up with three main parts: preform loading system, Heating oven & blow station. MG-PP2000 is designed according to CE standard which guarantees the quality of the products.

* Control system

The control system is the heart of MG-PP2000 automatic blow molding machine. Together with PLC controller, the whole control system presents super performance with precise control, convenient parameter setup, obvious display and reasonable memory.
* Pneumatic system

Pneumatic system provides the power for MG-PP2000's movement. World famous high quality pneumatic components equipped on MG-PP2000 such as Festo from Germany, specially designed high-pressure valve, high precise action, long service life and reliable performance are its highlights. Network of pneumatic components suppliers' global service ensures customers their prompt after-sale service locally for their pneumatic products used on MG-PP2000.
* Sensor system

MG-PP2000 adopts high quality imported sensor & switch system including proximity switch, photoelectric switch, and electronic magnet switch to keep production process going step by step and avoid any possible damage on machine.

* Heating system

In consideration of PP property, MG-PP 2000 automatic stretch blow molding machine adopts specially designed long baking tunnel and infrared type heating mode, whose superior thermal-radiation and thermal penetrability provide machine with powerful heating to meet strict preform heating requirement under speedy moving. Infrared heating lamps placed onto three heating zone with sets of independent voltage adjusting module and advanced microcomputer controller, can offer ideal heating for preform of different size. Each lamp’s horizontal position is adjustable to keep the machine flexible.
* Clamping system

MG-PP2000 adopts three-plate type toggle clamping unit. Apart from the three-plate type toggle clamping unit, there is a high pressure assistant clamping device that is special designed to get a firm clamping.
* Preform feeding & bottle discharging system

MG-PP2000 automatic PET stretch blow molding machine is equipped with patented prefrom loading system, which protect the neck of the perform from possible damage and allow to make a slight change of preform dimension without changing prefrom holder. The heated preforms are blown with neck up in order to ensure the quality of the finished bottle, and then shaped bottles will automatic discharged during the machine' movement.

* Operation
The standard MG-PP 2000 operation contains four steps following:
Step 1. Put the preform into preform container and the conveyer will take the preform to orientation units automatically.
Step 2. Load the preform with neck up to preform holder, and then preform is conveyed into baking tunnel.
Step 3. After heating, preform is conveyed into the blow station, then close the mold, stretch and blow under low pressure and high pressure, exhaust, open the mold.
Step 4. The finished bottle is taken off by automatic discharging system
